Most of our personalised puzzles come with a metal tin, which you can choose to have printed with the same design as you’ve chosen for your jigsaw, or you can design individually. Your photo needs to be of good quality. Our simple design tool will tell you if your image isn’t quite high-enough in quality. It is worth bearing in mind that each screen displays colours slightly differently and you may see colour differences between your original photo and your personalised jigsaw puzzle.
It doesn’t need to be the same size as our design tool can scale it up or down for you. However, it is worth bearing in mind that if your image is smaller than the personalised jigsaw puzzle and needs to be scaled up then there will be some loss in quality. If you upload a picture at 200dpi, and then double the dimensions, the end result will only be 100dpi.
